Many friends will regret to hear of the sudden illness and death of Mrs. J. W. Manlove, who passed away last Monday at her home in Valdosta, Georgia. Mrs. Manlove before her marriage was Miss Eddie Pate and was born and reared in LaFayette. Miss Gussie Pate hastened to her bedside last Saturday and was with her when death came. The burial took place at Valdosta yesterday. The bereaved sisters, Misses Gussie and Susie Pate have the sympathy of many friends here.
