He had made his home in Solomon for the last four year's, moving from Bennington.
Surviving are his wife, Phyllis of the home; eight sons,Donald Lee of Solomon, Jerry Dean, James Raymond, Phillip Wayne, Michael David, Elmer LeRoy, Patrick Alan and Daniel Joseph, all of Salina; Five daughters' Mrs. Dorothy Mae Trouslot of Newton, Mrs. Lana G. Ridpath, Mrs. Shirley Anne Jensen of Salina, Mrs. Jane Ellen Robbins of Salina and Miss Pamela Sue Miller of the homein Solomon; 31 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, two sister Mrs. Ruth Garland of Borger, Texas and Mrs. Pauline Pratt of El Dorado.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January,24 at the Carlson Funeral Home in Solomon with the Rev. Robert Hazer officiating.
Burial will be in the Prairiemound Cemetery in Solomon.
