Foster (Bud) Caylor, 69, of 8941 16th St S, died Thursday, July 5, 1990, at the Clement J Zablocki Vererans Administration Medical Center, Wood. Services will be at 1 pm Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Nekoosa. The Rev Dennis Stanchik will officiate. Burial will be in the Pioneer Cemetery, town of Saratoga. Caylor was born April 11, 1921 in Boscobel to Algon and Harriet Caylor. He married Dorothy Webb April 27, 1940, in Wisconsin Rapids. She died Dec 29, 1989. He was employed as a millwright for Boldt Construction Co for many years, retiring 10 years ago. He served in the US Army during World War II in th South Pacific and was a member of the Wisconsin Rapids Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2534 and the Wisconsin Rapids American Legion Post 9. Survivors include three daughters, Sandra Markotic, Three Lakes, Beverly Hornickel, Peewaukee, and Linda Scumacher, West Allis; a son, James Caylor, West Allis; a brother, Arnold Caylor, town of Rome; a sister, Dorothy Knuth, Ashippun; and 11 grandchildren. We also was predeceased by his parents and two brothers. Friends may call at the Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home, Nekoosa, from 11 am to 12:30 pm Monday. Memorials may be designated for the American Cancer Society or Ronald McDonald House.
