Jack H. DeCock, 18

Jack H. DeCock, 18, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry A. DeCock of Myers, died in a drowning accident Monday while swimming at Chico Hot Springs, neat Livingston, MT.

He was with students from Montana State University where he was studying veterinary medicine.
He had been active in 4-H work with cattle, and was a member of the National Honor Society.

The youth was born Oct. 19, 1950 at Billings, MT., and reared on the family ranch at Myers.
He attended schools at Hysham High School in 1968.

Survivors include his parents; a sister, Mrs. Ben Agnew of Billings; the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Celina DeCock, and an aunt and uncle. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Eldering. all of Hysham; and another aunt, Dr. Grace Eldering of Grand Rapids, MI.

He was a member of St. Joseph's Parish at Hysham.

Requiem mass will be offered 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Church with the Rev. Izodor Gedvila, celebrant.

Burial will be in the Myers Cemetery, Rancher, MT.

The Rosary will be recited 7:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph's Church.
