John Walter Hartlage Sr., 64, died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at his home.
He was a butcher for the Ken Hartlage Meat Co.
Survivors include his wife, the former Anna Lee Heuser; five daughters, Mrs. John L. Gladwell and Mrs. Donald Davis, both of Fort Myers, Fla., Mrs. Wayne D. Cosby, Scipio, Ind., Mrs. John L. Hinderman, Milton-Freewater, Ore., and Miss Jean Hartlage; two sons, Thomas B. and John W. Hartlage Jr., and 17 grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Arch L. Heady Okolona Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The body will be at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday.
