Kenneth L. Hartlage, 87, of Brownsboro Hills Apartments, died Monday at his apartment. He owned the old Hartlage Meats Inc. for 50 years and was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II, past president of Shawnee Men's Golf Association and a former member of Knight Crawlers Square Dance Club. Survivors: sons Kenneth L. Jr., Donald E., Anthony J. and Christopher J. Hartlage; a daughter, Patricia H. King; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday, Highlands, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Burial: Calvary. Visitation: 2-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. Memorial gifts: Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville.
