Mrs. Lena Ormand Cromwell, 82, widow of Carl Clark Cromwell, RFD 2, died Thursday evening at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born in Baltimore, she was a daughter of the late John R. and Mary J. Dean Ulrich.
Surviving are three children, John R. Ray, Poplar Heights; Samuel B. Murphy, Glen Burnie; and Mrs. Margaret V. Harding, Frederick; 18 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of Mt. Carmel Methodist Church. Friends may Call at the Robert E. Dailey and Son Funeral Home, 1201 North Market Street after 7 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Robert C. Warren will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Hansonville.
