Bobby was born on October 17, 1941 in Warner Robins, Georgia. He was a Vinyl Siding Applicator with Leverett's Vinyl Siding Company. Bobby was a talented guitarist with the Powersville Opry. He enjoyed spending time with family, especially his loving grandchildren.

His wife, Gloria Ann Leverett, and parents, Homer and Faithie Leverett, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his sons, Danny Leverett and Donny Leverett (Kathy), all of Warner Robins; sisters, Haddie Ammons, Wylene Hester; brothers, Dewey Leverett, Benny Leverett; companion, Patsy Atkinson; grandchildren, Kelly Barefield, Trey Leverett, Whitney Borton, D.J. Leverett; great grandchildren, Brayden Leverett, Lillian Borton, Gage Barefield, Savannah Barefield, Rebekah Barefield, Rylan Barefield, Allison Borton.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street Ste. A, Macon, Georgia 31201.
