Funeral services for Ferdinand Dreifuerst, 80, St. Cloud furniture dealer for many years who died Friday evening at the St. Joseph Home in Milwaukee were held this morning at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Chilton. Celebrant of the requiem-mass was the Rev. Joseph Bartelme, pastor. Burial took place in the parish cemetery.
The rosary was recited at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Chilton at 8pm, Sunday.

A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Dreifuerst, the deceased was born at St. Cloud, Sept. 10, 1874. He married the former Mary Anna Kalt at St. Mary Church, Chilton, Nov. 21.1918.

After selling his furniture business at St. Cloud, he and his wife moved to Milwaukee where they operated a rooming house until Mrs. Dreifuerst’s death in 1949 when he sold that property.

Surviving are a daughter, Miss Evelyn Marie Dreifuerst of Los Angeles; and three sisters, Mrs. Josephine Voelker and Mrs. Kate Bergs of St. Cloud and Mrs. Flora Wagner of Mt. Calvary.
