Services for Adam Sieler, 88, of Java, were at the Herreid Baptist church Saturday. Reverend Albert Weisser officiated. Adam died April 19, 1961, in Java. Burial in the Gnadenfeld cemetery, east of Mound City.
Survivors are three sons, Andrew of Mobridge, Albert of Selby, and Ludwig of Mound City; six daughters, Mrs. Martha Reiger of Mobridge, Mrs. Fred (Emma) Orman of McLaughlin, Mrs. George (Ida) Rohrbach of Java, Mrs. John (Lillian) Reiger and Alma of Mound City, and Mrs. Leah Linderman of Eureka; 39 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
His wife and one son preceded him in death.
