Mrs. Lina B. Mooney, 46, died at a local hospital at 6 p.m. Wedensday, Jan. 13, after a lingering illness.

She is survivied by her husband, Herbert G. Mooney, daughters, Anita, Barbara, Mrs. Lavonia Nowell, sons, Herbert Jr., James and John; sisters, Mrs. R.C. Gough, Mrs. Beeland Gray, Mrs. M.L. Ray, Mrs. Willie Ray, Mrs. Tommie Adkins, Mrs. Thurston Rivers; brothers, Wilburn Clark, Clinton Clark, Billy Clark, James Clark, and Elvestus Clark. Two grandchildren also survive.

The funeral will be held from the First Baptist Church Friday at 10 a.m. Rev. James Kirkendall and Rev. J.L. Neill, officiating.

Pallbearers will be Joe Majure, T. Brown Williams, Irvin Barrett, Junior Luke, Joe Dollar, T.J. Durett, Odell Dearing, Tommy Adkins.

The body will remain at McClain-Hays Funeral Parlors until time for the funeral. Interment will be in Goodhope Cemetery.
