Obituary: "Hamilton Greenbury Simpson, 68, died at his home at Dayton on Monday, January 26th. Funeral services will be held at Linden Church on Friday, January 30, at 11 A.M. with Rev. Wilson and Rev. Balderson officiating. Interment will be in Linthicum Chapel Cemetery. Besides his widow, Ida Hungerford Simpson, the deceased is survived by two sons, Walter D. Simpson, of Simpsonville; Thomas Simpson, of Dayton; eight daughters, Mrs. Horace Rogers of Dayton; Mrs. Vincent Mullinix, Mrs. Gilbert Shipley, Mrs. Paul Grimes, of Sykesville; Mrs. Thaddeus Nowak, Springfield, Mass.; Mrs. Charles Nicholson, Olney; Mrs. Edward Turbyfill, Riverdale, and Miss Gene Simpson, Riverdale."
