CLEARWATER, S.C. - Mr. Billy G. Williams, 69, of Clearwater, beloved husband of Mrs. Luci Williams, entered into rest on Monday, July 30th, 2012. Born in Salley, he was a son of the late Pink and Hazel Gartman Williams. He was a member of Clearwater First Baptist Church and retired from Owens-Corning after thirty-six years of service. In addition to his wife and parents, family members include a son, John Robert Hopkins, (Jennifer) Wichita, KS; daughter, Jennifer Steele, Clearwater and four grandchildren. At his request, Billy will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. It has been requested that memorials be made to Clearwater First Baptist Church, P.O.
