HOMEDALE — Services for Mrs. Ellie Burdine, 86, of Homedale, who died Friday at a Caldwell Memorial Hospital, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Homedale's Flahiff Funeral Chapel by the Rev. R.C. Clemens of the Full Gospel Light House Mission of Nampa. Interment be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Caldwell. She was born Oct. 2, 1886, at Yazoo, Mississippi. She was married to W. C. Burdine on June 22, 1907, at Haskell City, Texas. They made their home In Texas until 1917 when they moved to Melrose, N.M., where he died on July 6, 1947. She moved to Homedale following the death of her husband,. Surviving are two sons, Earnest Burdine and Claude Burdine, both of Homedale; a daughter, Mrs. Pearl Watson of Homedale; a sister, Mrs. Alice Benorden of Homedale; 12 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by nine brothers arid sisters.
