W.C. Burdine, 75-year-old Melrose Real Estate Dealer, died Sunday at his home. He had been a resident of Melrose since 1917.
Survivors are the widow, Ellie Burdine: four sons, W.A. and L.L. Burdine, Lubbock, and Ernest and Claude Burdine, who live in Idaho; a daughter, Mrs Pearl Dickey, also a resident of Idaho; three brothers, L.F. and G.C. Burdine, Melrose, and C.B. Burdine, Littlefield; and a sister, Mrs A. Hall, Rochester, Texas.
Funeral was scheduled for 3 p.m. today at the Baptist Church in Melrose, with the pastor, the Rev. Otis Edwards conducting the service. Burial will be in Melrose Cemetery under direction of Sleed Funeral Home of Clovis.
