Howard A. Cline, Sr., 72, 601 North Hanover street, Carlisle, died Wednesday in a local hospital.
A former resident of Adams county, he was employed at C. H. Masland and Sons, Carlisle, and was a member of Goodyear Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Susie Paxton Cline; two sons, Howard A., Jr., and John W., both at home; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Ditzel, Carlisle and Mrs. Vernon Slusser, Gardners, R.D.; two sisters, Mrs. John Bender, York, and Mrs. Charles Deardorff, New Oxford; a brother, Charles Cline, Minnesota, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Lutz funeral home, 219 North Hanover street, Carlisle. Burial will be in Westminster Mausoleum.
