Mrs. Ida C. Thompson of Sheridan died at 12:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 1958, at Woodward Memorial Hospital, Sandwich.

Mrs. Thompson was a native of Serena Twp.; a member of the Eastern Star and Sheridan Methodist Church. Her husband, B. M. Thompson, died in 1942.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, Constance and Louise Stauffer Haas, and a sister.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Paul Grandgeorge of Somonauk and Mrs. George Bernard of Serena, and two brothers, Ernest and Edward Grandgeorge of Serena.

Funeral services were held at 2 Friday at the Hill-Flavin Funeral Home in Sheridan. The Rev. William P. Moore of the Sheridan Methodist Church officiated.

Soloists were Mrs. Eric Hougsted and Mrs. Elling Risk. Burial took place in Sheridan Cemetery. Pall bearers were R. H. Grandgeorge, V. H. Grandgeorge, Byron Bernard, Serena, Edw. Grandgeorge, Jr., Serena, Ray Ugland, Cecil Peterson, Ottawa.
