Daughter of John Williams and Margaret (Weatherington) Williams. Born in Etna, Ohio. Married Samuel MILLIKIN Sr. in 1824 in Licking Co.,Ohio. 11 Kids: Mary Jane, Margaret E., Comfort America, Sarah Rebecca, Minerva R., Amanda L. (WRIGHTMAN), Jerusha Bessie (Kelley/Davis), Samuel A. Jr., George W., Lucy M., Franklin P. They moved Ottawa, La Salle Co., Il in 1830 where they were surrounded by Indians and exposed to many hardships and dangers of pioneer life. After death of Samuel Sr., Rebecca made her home with son Samuel Jr. until her death. Sons George W., Franklin P. and later Samuel A. Millikin are were also buried here in this neglected cemetery.
