Ilean Cordelia "Todd" Waugh, 77, of Berkeley Springs, died Friday, September 30, 2011 at Morgan County War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs.

Born August 15, 1934 in Berkeley Springs, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Frederick and Eva Pearl Fredman Rankin.

She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Berkeley Springs.
She was a 1952 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and was a retired social worker with the West Virginia Departmeent of Health and Human Resources, Berkeley Springs office.

She was a volunteer with the American Red Cross Bloodmobile, the Morgan County Election Board, a member of The Women of the Moose Chapter #1311 and Alderton-Dawson American Legion Auxiliary Unit #60, all in Berkeley Springs.

She liked bingo and had been a homemaker in recent years.

Surviving are two daughters, Tanya Lynn Lineweaver and Angela Kathryn Gaither, both of Berkeley Springs; three sons, Lewis Richard Waugh, Jr. and Michael Todd Waugh, both of Berkeley Springs and Gary Lee Waugh, Hancock; one sister, Iona "Nonie" Barker, Berkeley Springs; six grandchildren, Lewis Richard Waugh III, Jenifer Kathryn Miller and Nichole Sue Yost, all of Berkeley Springs, Brittney LeAnn Waugh, Erika Dawn Keefer and Jermey Douglas McCusker, all of Hancock; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Marie Emma Douglas, Winona Rankin and Frances "Peach" Shade and one brother, Melvin "Mutt" Rankin.
