Rev. T.S. Hubert was called Monday to conduct the funeral services of Miss Mattie Riser who died Sunday morning at the home of her father Abner Riser at Milltown. The family is one of the most prominent of that section, and the Milltown Baptist church where the services were held, was full of sorrowing friends. The deceased was a member of the church and was a lovely christian character.
