Walden - Bridgette "Shelly" 89, of 215 Martin ROad, died Tuesday in a local hospital. A native of Dayton, Tenn., she had lived in Red Bank and the White Oak area since 1936, and was former vice president of the International Mounders and Foundry Workers Union. She was a member of White Oak United Methodist Church and was the widow of Shelley Walden. Survivors include her daughter, Faye W. Coffin, Williston, Fla.; son, Ed Walden, Chattanooga; three granchildren, Cheryl Hill, Chattanooga, Steve Sharp, Red Bank, and Mike Sharp. Wilisston; five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jim Whedbee officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park. THe family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today at the Coulter Chapel of Land Funeral Home.
