Viaud Walker, age 83, of Atlanta, Texas died Tuesday, July 3, 2012 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital.
Viaud was born in Dodson, Louisiana on December 9, 1928 to Troy and Ollie Adams. She was a homemaker and a member of Thomas Street Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
Viaud is survived by her husband, James Walker of Atlanta, Texas; two sons, Delane Walker and wife Sue of Camden, Arkansas, Robert Walker and wife Danielle of Laurinburg, North Carolina; one daughter, Wanda Woods of Bedford, Texas; one brother, Duane Adams of Bastrop, Louisiana; two sisters, Dale Culpepper of Houston, Texas, Jimmie Tarver of Winnfield, Louisiana; five Grandchildren; nine Great Grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 6, 2012 at Hanner Funeral Chapel with Bro. Dee Cruson and Neil Adams officiating. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Hanner Funeral Service.
