Funeral services for Mrs. Mary E Frantz, 72, of 308 S. Third St. Clearfield, will be held at 10:30 am tomorrow in the Bennett Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. Robert Haines. Interment will be made in Umbria Cemetery, Osceola Mills.
Friends may call in the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and until the services tomorrow.
Mrs. Frantz died at 4:10 a.m. Tuesday in Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ.
Born July 31, 1895, at Houtzdale, she was a daughter of George and Jamina (Sharpless) Law.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clearfield and the Berean Sunday School Class.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Martin ( Loraine) Gross, Warren, NJ; two sons, Arnold Frantz, Flat Rock, Mich., Jack Frantz, Bigler; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Merritt, Clearfield; four brothers: Whitfield, George, Henry, and Albert Law, all of Clearfield; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David A. on Feb. 9 and by a son, David.
