ALLEN-MRS.
GENEVA ALLEN, native of Herron Bay, Ala., and a resident of Mobile for the past
37 years, died at the family residence, 756 Bay avenue, Wednesday at noon.
Surviving are one son, Sam E. Allen, of the Mobile police department; two
daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Zirlott, of West Fowl River, and Mrs. Frances Sirmon,
of Mobile; 11 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and one
great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted from the residence at
9 a.m. Friday and from the Broad Street Methodist church at 9:30 o'clock.
Interment will be in Magnolia cemetery with
