Mrs Dailey was born January 23, 1896, in Houston County. She was a member of The First Baptist Church. Funeral services were held at 3pm, Tuesday in the Callaway Memorial Chapel, with Rev EP Ramsey and Rev Charles Haley officiating. Interment was in Evergreen Memorial Park in Crockett.
Pallbearers were Dan Pennington, Grady Earl Pennington, Clifford Pennington, Mose Henry Spence, Jimmy Johnston, and RC Pennington.
Survivors include the husband, Mr Smith Dailey of Crockett; a daughter, Mrs Don McReynolds of Conroe; a son Milton Dailey of Grapeland; a brother, Earl Pennington of Grapeland; and five grandchildren.
