She died age 89 yrs old. she died at E.A Health Center in Baker WVA.She was born Aug 28.1922.in Hardy Co.Wv.she was preceeded in death by her husband.Jonathan Ray Fitzwater.She was also preceded in death by one daughter one grandson. three brothers and three sister's. as of this writing ironic. asister died on the 4th of June 2012. both are buried in the Olivet Cem. in Hardy Co,WV.Leona was survived by one dau June Ellen Ardinger. of Hanover Md. one son Jon R Fitzwater.of Pittsburgh Pa.Mildred Shockey of Moorefield Wv. and Thelma Lange of Winchester Va.one bro Harold D Cain of Martinsburg,WV. Five grandchildren.13 grt grandchildren. 14 grt grt grandchildren.she was inspector for American Woodmark Corp. for 30 yrs. and attended the Bible Baptist Church in Rig Wva. and Old Fields Wv.
