Thomas G. Barret of 306 Dunstable Road. North Chelmsford died at the Lowell General Hospital June 28. He was married to Mrs. Yvonne L. (Patenaude) Barrett and they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on January 28/. Mr. Barrett was born in Lowell on October 16 1906 the son of the late James and Catherine (Stone) Barrett. He received his education in the Lowell school system, and was employed at the Tewksbury Hospital for over 43 years until his retirement in 1969. MR. Barrett held membership in the retired state, count and municipal employees association of Massachusetts, was an associate member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees Chapter 360 of Lowell, and the Chelmsford Senior Citizens club. Mr. and Mrs. Barrett enjoyed wintering in Tampa, Fla. Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Hugh (Barbara L.) Keaney and Mrs. Richard (Jane A. ) Sylvain both of Chelmsford; three brothers Edward J. Barrett of Turners Falls, Louis M. Barrett of Lowell; Theodore J. Barrett of North Tewksbury and five grandchildren.
