Born in Seneca Twp, the son of John Lewis Warner and Amelia Charity Wells, Aseph married Delia Anne Folger, August 22, 1882, Tyler County, West Virginia. They had seven children.
He was a mail carrier.

Clarence Raymond Warner b 1897 Tyler WV, married Gladys Marie Fogg in 1920. She died in childbirth 1939 WV, he died 1973 Florida.

Gladys Belle b 1905 Wetzel Cty WV, married Louie Delbert Burnside, 1922. Surname upon her death in 1996 was Greathouse.

Elsa 'Elsie' L. Warner b 1888 Tyler County WV., married Lewis Martin Roome, October 31, 1909, Wetzel Cty, WV.
They moved to Kansas and then Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was an oil producer. She died 1975, Florida.
