MABLE I. WALLACE, 79, Michigantown, died March 28, 1990, in Clinton County Hospital.

Mrs. Wallace retired in 1972 after 18 years as a teller at The Farmers Bank in Frankfort. She graduated from Indiana Business College, Indianapolis, and was a member of Michigantown Christian Church.

She was born Aug. 1, 1910, in Boone County to Fred and Etta Sparrow Waitt. She married Richard E. Wallace on Sept. 26, 1931, and he survives.

Also surviving are a son, R. Gale of Lebanon; four daughters, Marilyn Hillier of San Jose, Calif., Norita Williams of Douglasville, Ga., Marcia Kenyon of Papillion, Neb., and Linda Rowley of Peoria, Ariz.; two sisters, Madge Bailey of Westfield and Margaret Shook of Noblesville; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday from Kercheval Funeral Home, Sheridan, with Rev. John Morris officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Kirklin.

Friends may call 3-8 p.m. Saturday.
