Dee Eston Adcock of Rt 3, Roanoke was instantly killed when struck by a truck as he was walking on Wedowee Highway at 8:30 Tuesday morning. Surviving are his widow and 4 sons; Arnie of Roanoke, Will of LaGrange, GA, Thomas of Rt 3 Roanoke, Barney of Camp Claiborne, LA 4 daug; Winnie Mae Mathis of Franklin, GA, Flora B. Weathers and Lavonia Adcock Rt 3, Roanoke, Eliza Burdette of West Point, GA. Burial at White's Chapel Church Cem.
