Catherine Kaiser Brick
Catherine Kaiser was born to Anton Kaiser and Elizabethe Boehme on 25 Nov 1822, in Dettwiller, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, France. Along with her family, she immigrated to Canada in 1840.

She married Peter Brick at St. Agatha, Wilmot, Waterloo, Canada West(Ontario), Canada on 21 Jan 1845. Witnesses at the wedding were Antoni Kaiser (her brother) and Marous Frank.

She had thirteen children, one of whom, died as an infant in 1850. In 1886, her daughter, Carolina Brick Fischer, died; in the same year, her son, John, died (He owned Bricks Brewery or sometimes referred to the People's Brewery). Surviving her were her husband, Peter Brick and ten children: Peter Brick (city clerk of St. Cloud at that time), Anton, Leo, and, Eugene of St. Cloud; Simon Brick (city clerk in Little Falls), Amelia "Emily" (Mrs. John Wimmer), Mary Ann of St. Cloud, Catherina (Mrs. Peter Medved), Mary Magdalena (Mrs. Joseph Meyer, Treasurer of Morrison County), and August Brick, of Little Falls.
