She married Edmund Walsh, possibly around 1855. They had at least 7 children between 1860 and 1880: Elizabeth, Julia, Patrick, Anna, Delia, Alice, and Edmond or Edward.
According to Elizabeth's biography, she was the first to emigrate to America; by 1900 the entire family had arrived.
The 1905 NYS census shows Anna, Edmund, and young Edmund in Cortland,NY, with all of her children nearby. Their name is spelled "Welch" in that census.
Shortly afterward, her husband Edmund died, on November 9, 1905, at their home on 75 Floral Ave.
Thereafter, Anna and Edmund, or Edward, moved to Rochester to live with her daughter Anna, who had married Levi Butler after Julia died.
Anna died in February 1914, and was buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. She was 79 years old.
