At his father's home across the road from where he was born - aged 23 years, 4 months, 24 das. Died of typhoid fever. Buried from Sand Ridge church & buried Brenton Cem. He leaves a father, step-mother, bro and sis to mourn his loss. His parents: Thomas Read (Reed) and Catherine Read (Reed). d. 25 Mar 1882 aged 33 yrs, 4 mos, 10 das.
