WILLIS A MOORE OCT 5 1841 - APRIL 24 1913 ∼Mrs. Catherine T. Braisted, wife of James Braisted, died at her home in Westbrookville at 12:30 o'clock Thursday morning, of apoplexy. She was aged 73 years.
She was born in Oakland Valley, Sullivan county, on October 5, 1839, and was the daughter of John Decker and Ila J. Howe. For 25 years she was a resident of Westbrookville, where she was well-known and highly respected. She was married three times, her first husband being John W. Baker, her second husband Willis A. Moore and her third, John Braisted.
The surviving relatives are her husband; one son, George W. Baker; one grandson, George Baker, both of Port Jervis; one adopted son, Elmer Moore, at home; one brother, Gilbert Decker; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Lewis, of Oakland Valley, N. Y.; Mrs. Amanda Nearpass, of Sparrowbush, and Mrs. Caroline Lincoln, of Alberdeen, Canada.
The funeral will be held in the Westbrookville M. E. Church at two o'clock on Sunday afternoon. Interment in Westbrookville cemetery.
