George and Alice Bean Ackerman. The
family lived in Sac City where Maude
lived and grew up. She went to Sac
County School through the eighth grade.
At the age of 20 Maude was married
to Oscar Eisner on Dec. 24, 1924. To that
union one child was born, Kathleen
Eisner. On June 8, 1947 Maude married
Ben Ehman and lived in Storm Lake until
her death.
Maude did not work outside of the
home. She was dedicated to caring for
Kathleen. Kathleen said that, "she was a
good nurse and mother." She liked to be
outdoors. She also liked to work in the
garden. She was a member of the Church
of Christ and brought her daughter up in
the instruction of the Lord.
Preceding her in death were her parents,
her husband, Oscar Eisner, three
brothers and five sisters.
