She was born Friday, July 4, 1941, in Russell County, KY, the daughter of the late Charlie and Susie Aaron Stephens and the widow of the late Earthel Stephens. She died Monday, April 30, 2012, in Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, at the age of 71 years, 9 months, and 26 days.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters, Mallie Blankenship, Evelyn George, Atra Stephens, Colene Morgan, and Delma McQueary; and one brother, Attis Stephens.
She is survived by the following:
One daughter: Monica (Mike) Hamilton, Mooresville, IN
Two grandchildren: Alexander Michael Hamilton and Victoria Elizabeth Hamilton
Two sisters: Jean (Paul) Lowery, Westchester, OH; and Genice (Richard) Riggins, Russell Springs, KY
