MORGAN, Colene age 75 of West Chester passed away at Drake Center on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 1:00 AM. She was born in Russell Springs, Kentucky on January 25, 1935 the daughter of Charley and Susie (Aaron) Stephens. Colene was employed as the head cook for the Lakota School District for 20 years, retiring in 1995. She was a member of Princeton Pike Church of God. On April 4, 1958 in New Castle, Tennessee she married David Morgan. She is survived by her husband, David Morgan of West Chester; two sons, Donnie (Tami) Morgan of Fairfield Township and Brian (Lisa) Morgan of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Justin Morgan, Jessica (Phillip) Tipton, Makaley Morgan, and Madison Morgan; a brother, Milburn "Pete" (Ruth) Stephens of Russell Springs, Kentucky; five sisters, Evelyn George, Delma (Leland) McQueary, Genece (Richard) Riggins, all of Russell Springs, Kentucky, Jean (Paul) Lowery of West Chester, and Betty Flanagan of Mooresville, Indiana; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Attice Stephens; and two sisters, Mallie Blankenship and Atria Stephens. Visitation will be held at the Princeton Pike Church of God, 6101 Princeton Glendale Road, on Friday, July 30, 2010 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Funeral service will be at Saturday at 11:00 AM at the church with Pastor Barry Clardy and Rev. Ron Medley officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. www.browndawson.com
