Three Oaks: The death of Albert Parren, 66, a former Three Oaks resident, occurred Tuesday afternoon in his home between Niles and Cassopolis. He was born in Browntown near Sawyer on Dec 2, 1876, the son of Joseph Parren Sr. and Mary (Tatro) Parren. Surviving are his widow, Rozella Versaw-Parren; three children, Wilfred of Cassopolis, Mrs. Dorothy Rupp of Madison, Wis., and Mrs. Lillian Gordon of Niles. There are also four grandchildren and four brothers. The brothers are George and Henry Parren of Benton Harbor and Charles and William Parren of South Bend, Ind., and one sister, Mrs. Agnes Sweet of Denver, Colo. The body will be brought to the Connelly funeral home in Three Oaks Friday afternoon for services at 3 o'clock in that chapel. The Rev. Louis Ellinger of the Methodist church will officiate and burial will be in the family lot at the Riverside cemetery.
