Middletown - Charlotte A. DiBello, 75, of Middletown, died Wednesday in Goshen after a long illness.

She was a lifetime resident of the area, born in the Town of Thompson on Jan. 11, 1903, to Edward and Caroline Everett Lowerre.

She was a retired therapist at the Middletown Psychiatric Center. She belonged to the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Middletown, and was retired from the Civil Service Employees Association.

She married the late Tony O. DiBello.

She is survived by two sons, Donald I. of Utica and Edward O. of Middletown; a daughter, Caroline Everts of Everett, Wash.; two sisters, Ellen Bailey of Monticello and Ada Feller of Middletown; a brother, Ernest Lowerre of Monticello; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery; the Rev. John H. McFarlane will officiate.
