Born Nov. 15, 1896, he was a son of Edward and Caroline Everett Lowerre. He was a retired painter.
Surviving are a brother, Ernest of Monticello; three sisters, Mrs. Ada Feller of Bronx, Mrs. Lottie DiBello of Middletown, Mrs. Ellen Bailey of Monticello, and nieces and nephews.
Services will be from Van Inwegen Gray Funeral Home, 195 Broadway, Monticello, with the Rev. Peter Holden of the Monticello Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will be in Rock Ridge Cemetery.
