The daughter of the late Edward E. and Carrie Everett Lowerre, she was born on Jan. 9, 1911, in Monticello. The widow of Joseph Feller, she was a member of the Hospital Employees Union No. 1099 of New York City.
Survivors include one sister, Ellen Bailey of Liberty; one niece; and several nephews.
Friends may call from 1-2 p.m. today at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home. The Rev. Jeffrey Farley will officiate.
Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg.
