James W. Heath of Richmond Co, GA, served as a witness on the CSA pension app of Henry Parish.The paperwork is inside the pension app in the GA archives virtual vault. He says they both enlisted in 1862 in Richmond County and served 6 months with Co. I of the 48th Ga regiment. Then they were discharged and sent to the Richmond factory to work on supplies for the army.
