Sarah Ann Pierce Heath was Mary Melvina Heath Foreman's step-mother. Mary Melvina's mother died before 1835 and her Father, Rigdon Heath married Sarah Ann Pierce. After Rigdon died Sarah listed her children as James Washington Heath, William Oliver Heath, Sarah Marie Heath, Carolina Louise Heath, Rigdon Heath, Theopilus Heath and Crawford Heath. There was not mention of Mary Melvina Heath. Census records showed Mary Melvina she was living with Arthur Bell and his family until she married.
