Lodema has another son, John Roscoe Carter. According to another relative, John Roscoe changed his name to James Roscoe and died in Dallas, TX in 1940. At some point, his body was brought back to Fulton County, but we have not found a grave stone. Lodema, Lafayette and their son, Allen Bertram are buried at Smith Cemetery.
