Sister Catherine Therese Lang, C.S.A., formerly Sister Wendelin, 88, a resident of the St. Francis Home, passed away Sept. 28, 2003, at the home.
She was born March 7, 1915, in Victoria, Kansas, a daughter of the late John and Catherine Brungardt Lang.
Sister Catherine Therese professed vows in the Congregation of St. Agnes on Aug. 15, 1934.
Sister Catherine Therese ministered as a homemaker in New York, Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kansas.
Survivors include her sister, Mary Rose Pfeifer of Victoria, Kan.; nieces and nephews; and the members of the Congregation of St. Agnes with whom she ministered.
She was precededin death by seven brothers, two of them infant boys, and John, Leo, Peter, Emanuel and Anselm; and five sisters, Lioba, Basilia, Angela, Sister Basilia Lang, C.S.A. and Sister Mary Zita Lang, C.S.A.
