William Deardorf Aka Dearduff Aka Deardorff was born in Bedford County, Virginia circa 1811 moving with his family in 1813 to Greene County, Ohio. His parents were Henry Deardorf and his 2nd wife Edna Thornhill. He went to Texas with his sister, Elizabeth and her husband James William George about 1831. Both men died at the Alamo 6 Mar 1836.
