Robert Enoch Clark, Sr., 39, of Rt. 7, died at 9:03 Saturday [May 27, 1972] in Lafayette Home Hospital, shortly after being admitted. Born and reared at Monon, he came to Lafayette at an early age. He graduated from Jefferson High School and attended Lafayette Business College. Mr. Clark had been employed at Alcoa Aluminum Co. for 23 years. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Eagles Lodge 347, and Aluminum Workers Union. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served in the Navy.

In 1952, he was married here to Barbara Lively, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Kathleen Levon, Christine Yvon and Lorene Evon; one son, Robert Enoch, Jr., all at home; his father, Raymond E. Clark of Rt. 8 Lafayette; three sisters, Marilyn (Mrs. Junior) Balser of Brookston, Judith (Mrs. James) Foster and Caroline (Mrs. Larry) Jenkins, both of Lafayette; and four brothers, Raymond D. Clark of Five Points, CA, Norman K. Clark of Lafayette, Charles F. Clark of Attica, and Harold B. Clark of Rt. 8 Lafayette. Preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ellen Clark in 1961.
