"Funeral services for Arthur LaForce were held this morning at 9 in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. The funeral mass was sung by the Rev. Dermott Cosgrove, with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Patrick C. Brennan present in the sanctuary. Interment followed in the New Mt. Calvary Cemetery where the Rev. Frederick Wilson officiated. The bearers were Bernard Devoid, Gerald Shortsleeves, Merritt Dartt, Archie Myers, Carlton Abair and Raymond LaForce."
