Mrs. Anna B. Fiscus, 74, of 619 Anson Street, died at the Marshalltown Area Community Hospital on Friday.

Born on March 2, 1904, at Parker, South Dakota, she was the daughter of Peter and Marguerite Peters Beier. She received her education in the area of her birth.

She married Leonard C. Fiscus in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on February 22, 1928. They moved to Liscomb in 1937 where they farmed and were active in the community.

Preceding her in death were her husband in 1962, two brothers, and a sister.

In 1963, Mrs. Fiscus moved to Marshalltown, where she made her home with her daughter, Ardeth Hunt. Mrs. Fiscus was employed at the Iowa Veterans Home for nine years. She was an active member of the Central Christian Church.

Surviving are two daughters and four sons, Ardeth Hunt of Marshalltown, Joan (William) Karaganis of Chicago, Willis L. Fiscus of LaMoille, Donald L. Fiscus of Union, Kenneth Fiscus of Marshalltown, and Wayne Fiscus of Conrad; 16 grandchildren; two sisters and four brothers, Mrs. Nettie Lechner of Parker, South Dakota, Mrs. Edna Buchner of Salem Oregon, Cornelius Beier of Langdon, North Dakota, Louis Beier of Parker, South Dakota, Clifford Beier of Powell, Wyoming, and Bill Beier of Humbolt, Washington.

Services from the Central Christian Church with Rev. Kenneth Dean officiating. Burial in the Liscomb Cemetery.
