Earl Deardorff Baker, 77, of 38 S. Second St., Newport, died Monday at Polyclinic Medical Center.
He was a retired employee of the Masonic Home, Elizabethtown, a veteran of World War II, and a member of the LOOM and the American Legion.
Surviving are several cousins.
Services will be held today, Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home on Walnut Street. The Rev. T. V. Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Newport Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today, Thursday, from 10 a.m. until time of services.
